In 2008, the British Charlesworth Group and the National Science and Technology Library (NSTL) continued to cooperate. From 2008, on the basis of the original 25 publishing houses and academic association journal databases, 16 publishing houses have been opened to academic institutions nationwide. 123 full-text electronic journals and 4 comprehensive databases. All resources are accessed under IP control. The opening time ranges from one to three years. At that time, NSTL will consider renewing the contract according to the usage. On May 1, 2008, the National Science and Technology Library and Documentation Center (NSTL) opened nine online editions of full-text journals by the University of Chicago Press in the United States, officially opening services for domestic academic institutions.
